What happens when you mix mermaids, sparkles, dress-up play and a New York Fashion Week runway?

On September 10, Charmed Love Kids brought our Sparkle Mermaids Collection to TW Fashion Runway during New York Fashion Week, and our little mermaids got to turn the runway into their own magical underwater world.
But here’s the fun part: Sparkle Mermaids isn’t really about traditional clothing. It’s about PLAY!
Remember being little and putting on a skirt, grabbing your favorite purse, adding a crown and suddenly deciding you were a princess, a mermaid or the star of your own imaginary world?
That’s the idea behind Charmed Love Kids. 💗

For the NYFW collection, we played with all the things a little mermaid could possibly need:
🧜♀️ Sparkling mermaid skirts
✨ Flowing capes
👑 Mermaid tiaras
👜 Tiny statement purses
💎 Sparkly accessories
🌈 Iridescent colors and textures
💕 And lots and LOTS of shimmer!
The pieces were mixed and matched to create different little mermaid personalities on the runway.
And once the runway is over? That’s when the real fun begins.
These are the kinds of pieces girls can pull out at home and create completely new looks with. Today she might be a mermaid princess. Tomorrow she might add the cape to something already in her closet and become a magical superhero.
There are no rules. That’s the point.

Seeing a collection inspired by something as simple as childhood dress-up play come alive on a New York Fashion Week runway was pretty special.
The girls weren't just modeling accessories—they were playing characters.
And that's exactly where we want to take Charmed Love Kids.
